Winners will receive gifts from RiverGate Shopping Center merchants. Winners will be chosen at random from entries received. No purchase necessary to win. Gift Cards will only be valid at RiverGate Shopping Center location. Sponsor’s inability to reach a winner or a winner’s failure to respond to notification may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the selection of a substitute winner from remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Eligibility: Contest is open only to residents of the continental U.S. that are 18 years of age or older. Employees of RiverGate Shopping Center, RiverGate Shopping Center, Meridian Marketing & Media, Inc., (M3- Studios) and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. Proof of identity must be furnished to Sponsors upon request. Prize will not be awarded to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners will be selected randomly from entries received.

Winner must be 18 years of age or older and a US citizen in order to win. All prizes will be awarded at RiverGate Shopping Center merchant store to be picked up by the winner. As a condition to entering the contest, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of Sponsor, any Contest judges designated by Sponsor and all applicable laws. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated end date and time, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize based upon the entries received before the stated end date and time. Any and all taxes associated with prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All charges, fees and costs not specifically addressed herein are the sole responsibility of winner.
